This gym is fantastic! It has everything you need for a well-structured strength or hypertrophy program, and it’s easily one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to.
The keypad entry gives it an exclusive feel, and there are usually only a few other people working out at a time, which makes for a comfortable and focused environment. Everyone is respectful of both the space and each other.
The owner, Eden, is wonderful—you can tell she puts a lot of time and effort into making the gym top-notch. She’s constantly adding new equipment and attachments. She’s usually on-site, but even if she’s not, she’s very accessible and responds quickly to any questions or concerns.
Overall, it’s the best gym I’ve been to in Great Neck. Highly recommend!

the facilities are super clean and well-equipped. What really sets them apart is their amazing fitness classes for kids — my children actually look forward to going!

Absolutely amazing, Eden is very passionate and has amazing energy. She’s truly a motivation and is meant to do this. The workouts are extremely fun as she caters to the needs of each of her clients young or old. She’s a real professional and a true pleasure. We are seeing amazing results in our workout routine, which goes to show you that she really knows what she’s doing.
